Writing romantic poetry is tricky. Sure we can gush about love and light, beauty and feelings. However, to invoke emotion in the reader it takes a special type of romantic poem. One that will even make the most bitter cynic smile. This is your challenge.

In 20 lines or less, write a poem about romance and/or love. One winner will be selected for our new website, Winning Creativity, which features only the best poetry, short stories, and art. If you are a budding author trying to get your foot in the door, this is an excellent chance to see your work published.
